Besides the scheduled private lessons, group classes, theory and technique classes, piano lessons, orchestra, etc., please plan very thoughtful practices at the time of day that works best for a focused, uninterrupted, positive and creative learning experience! Please ask me if you have any questions regarding the length of practice sessions, content, technique, review or pieces. As our musical lives, especially mine, are very involved (I teach 17 private lessons per term) this gives abit of breathing space. If you check your bill you will see that there are: 1. 17 private lessons per term 2. 13/16 Suzuki & Chamber groups per term 3. 8 hours of Junior Technique per term 4. 12/18 Sr. Technique Classes per term GROUP SCHEDULES - Mondays SUZUKI GROUP - arrive: 3:30 - play: 3:45 to 4:30 DEBUT ORCHESTRA - arrive: 4:15 - play: 4:30 - 5:15 CARRIAGE HOUSE ORCHESTRA - arrive: 5:15 - play: 5:30 to 6:30 CHAMBER GROUPS - arrive: 6:15 - play: 6:30 to 7:30 WHAT CAN PARENTS DO TO HELP? Arrive at group organized and ready for learning... enjoy the musical process... be supportive in our successful and unsuccessful outcomes. Find new ways to set up daily inspiring and useful practice sessions At group lessons - set up and put away chairs and stands - provide snacks, refreshments, juice and encouragement
